Name says it all!  In order to advance in Pole Fitness or any type of fitness it is important to gain strength and flexibility through proper stretching of all major muscle groups. An awesome amazing class for all levels of fitness to enjoy!

Come try out our newest class!! Get your "sexy" back and learn some new exotic moves both on the floor and maybe using the pole as a prop! Who doesn't want to learn sensual booty moves/body rolls, cat~like crawls, and various HOT body movements that will ad a touch of seduction!? As you learn how to exotic dance and take a fun sexy workout, you will also come in contact with a growing community of fabulous, like-minded powerful women who, by getting in touch with their sexy side, are empowering their lives. We offer this to you in a fun, safe, supportive, non-judgmental environment where we are all different ages, shapes and sizes. All levels welcome. Heels optional.

The Barre Method ("Booty Barre")

The Booty Barre™ workout is a uniquely fun, high-energy group fitness experience, which fuses exercise techniques from the worlds of Pilates, Dance, Cardio-Sculpting Moves and Yoga. You’ll firm, tighten and tone your whole body without adding bulk, and you’ll burn mega-calories along the way. It is a structured, easy-to-follow pre-choreographed 50-minute class routine. The Booty Barre™- Plus is the original Booty Barre™ experience, which alternates deep muscle-toning movements along with intervals of fat-blasting cardio techniques. The fluid dance-inspired class is set to an upbeat music selection at a vigorous pace to get your heart pumping. No dance experience is required.

Body Pump

Focusing on low weight loads and high repetition movements, you'll burn fat, gain strength and quickly produce lean body muscle conditioning. We will use weights, tubes, resistance bands, and even the POLE!!
